    Thanks. But I've put on 15lbs since being here. Without working out that is about 25lb increase of fat since I lost muscle.

    2 miles down. Just need to get the time down. At a 9:30 mile time. Want to be down to 7 or so

    not bad..

    Wanted more from the drums though..they could have added more to the power of the song. They must have been in love with their rythm guitar sound cause that was the most important part of the mix. Was very wide stereo image and up front. Over powered everything. Even the guitar solo. Like they were trying to derive all the engery of the chorus from the rhythm guitar from the super wide and thick sound when really if they had just used dynamics in general could have done that and the drums mixed a bit more forward and wider would have helped a lot with that.

    vocals were cool though. Liked his sound. Also at times seemed trumped by the ryhthm guitars though.
