If I had a girlfriend, I'd let her drive the Tacoma most likely. My mom drives my truck when she wants and if my brother needs a 4 door he uses it. Not a big deal. I love the Tacoma but nobody touches the Ford. haha

Same here! My wife is 4'11", so anytime she's been in my truck, my next attempt at getting in ends with me smashed up against the steering wheel. I accidently honk the horn half the time.

Also so she always kicks her shoes off, and there are goddamn toe prints all over the windshield.

Mine turns the bass all the way up, I hate that. The factory stereo in my 07 has too much muddy sounding bass already, so I keep it on -5. Then she thinks you are supposed to use the side mirrors to see whats in the truck bed as opposed to the blind spots.

Plus she has side swiped pine trees in the driveway, not backing up either, going forward. (We have sort of a crooked harder to negotiate driveway.)

When you get a certain age, you just give up caring anymore.

I drove my exes truck once or twice but I feared we were going to die LOL. And then it would be my fault just because I happened to be the one driving.

Aside from my mirrors being adjusted to her shortness and the radio blasting Taylor Swift when I get back in, my biggest complaint is that, every time she uses mine, she comes back with some damn furniture strapped to the back of it that we don't need lol

haha im lucky on that one! she 1 foot shorter than me, but sits so far forward to reach the pedals that she doesnt mess up my side mirrors. rearview is plenty easy to fix so thats no biggy.

    AND

she doesnt bring stuff home in my truck! she does it her 4runner lol :D

I've got a 2nd gen, but the GF complaints are the same as when I had my '99.
    The tires are too noisy
The truck is too tall to get into easily
    It rides too rough

What really bugs me is when I get it back, though. She's changed the radio presets, adjusted the seat and all the mirrors, and there's always trash. My truck is cluttered, but it's stuff like tools, work gloves, fishing/hunting gear, and my GHB. When I get it back it's stuff like granola bar wrappers, coffee cups, and receipts.

She keeps her car spotless, but for some reason my truck doesn't get held to the same standards.

My GF has my truck right now. She's putting nearly 500 miles on it today... Pray for me!

She really is a good driver and I've let her borrow it a couple times but at most she put 20 miles on. She has to fill it with gas and pay "rental fees" for today though!

Oh no, its not trash, its FOOD trash. I dont give a shit if its a pepsi bottle, or something. But SOMEHOW theres always a half eaten something she leaves in it. i didnt even think of that earlier! haha

thats my pet peave in the house too. food in the sink, or trash.. i have a garbage disposal, and a dog bowl. no reason for nasty 10 hour old food to be on a plate on on top of the trash. Then it "my dog" being annoying when the trash gets picked through in the night... grrr :confused:

I keep my complaining to a minimum because she does most all of the dishes, which is my least favorite chore. probably because some mystery person leaves food in the sink!:mad::rolleyes:
