Some ISPs seem to be having an issue for some reason. I use Google DNS & it works. You can always try this to see if any site is up:

Weird, definitely check your DNS Settings. That seems to be a common issue ;(

I can't access if on my computer, but my phone can when it's pulling 4G, but not when on wifi. All other sites I go to work just fine on both my phone and computer on wifi though. This seems to be the case for both my home internet and the internet here on campus... I did manage to get onto the site long enough at home on my computer to subscribe though.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do on our end to fix DNS issues for end-users.
Yesterday I was on the Verizon MiFi & couldn't get to the site, so these are the steps I took:
    1) Reboot the modem/router/mifi (your internet connection device)
    2) Flush the DNS on your computer: http://tctmag.me/1fuL47k
    3) Reboot the computer

If that doesn't work you can always change your DNS to use Google DNS (which is what I had to do on my laptop):
    https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

    Hope this helps :)
