Looks like you already started a new thread on this subject. FWIW the recommended rim width range on a lot of 235 85 16's is 6-7.5", and Countersteers are 8" wide.

I could go either way myself, but I personally have gone with 285s in AT and MT in past (plastic over fender trimmed and cab mount chopped).

Thank you! I replied to your e-mail with shipping rates and information. I also included my phone number in case you want to call with any questions.

Jaime is correct. 235/85R16 requires a wheel within the range of 6" - 7.5". The Countersteer Offroads are 8" wide.

235/85R16 is pretty narrow for my taste and for the type of driving that I do personally. The overall diameter is good, but the tire is very, very narrow. If you do a lot of snow and mud driving, the narrower tire will work well.

However, I think that this tire size (235/85R16) would probably feel a little unstable for most street driving in a Tacoma.

If you want a good 32" size to use on a Tacoma with 16x8" Konig Countersteer Offroads I would recommend a size that we've had a lot of success installing for many customers: 265/75R16. There are a ton of tires available in this size, and it fits and looks great on Tacomas with 1.25" - 2.25" lift (it even pretty good on a non-lifted Tacoma with just a few fender liner / over fender modifications).

Anytime! Thank you for your interest in our wheels. :)

No problem, that's what we're all here for. Thank you for your kind words too. I wish I was musical, but I have no musical talent whatsoever. Those instruments look really cool though! If anyone I know or any of my customers are looking for drums or guitars I will tell them about you.

I got these a while back. Called and ordered on a Wednesday afternoon after work and they were waiting for me when I got home Thursday evening. Every time I take my truck in for a scheduled maintenance, I get asked about these wheels!

Thank you! I'm glad they got to you so quickly too! :)

Great photos! We don't see enough single cabs. I really like the look of your truck. Subtle yet aggressive. Please post some more photos for us if you can. :)

Do these come with center caps and is the graphite gunmetal a close match to mgm?

    Hi,

Center caps are included, and the graphite gunmetal is very similar to MGM:

Don't have to apologize. They are awesome wheels! And even better in person. Hard to show off the curved spokes in photos. Also, my truck looks very different than that photo right now ;)

Will these work with Toyota tpms sensors? Meaning if you bought the wheels, then bought Toyota tpms sensors, you could install the sensors on the wheels and have them programmed to the ecu just as you do when swapping to different Toyota wheels?

Just curious, i'm too broke for wheels that beautiful

Thank you for your input! I always love seeing your truck! :D:D:D

    Cool! Sounds good! :)

Yes, the Konig Countersteer Offroad wheels are 100% compatible with 20 degree angled Toyota TPMS sensors. The 20 degree sensors are the sensors that come in aluminum alloy Toyota wheels (steel Toyota wheels use a 40 degree angled sensor, which isn't compatible with alloy wheels).

If your truck came with alloy wheels and TPMS sensors you can just transfer your sensors right into the Konig Countersteer Offroad wheels.

If your truck came with steel wheels you can order Toyota 20 degree TPMS sensors, and just as you said, install them into the Konig Countersteer Offroads and then have the ECU programmed to recognize. Alternately, you can also order aftermarket programmable sensors and have the shop program those to mimic your original sensors.

For those local to Southern California - I do have a TPMS programmer and I offer the service for a nominal charge to anyone buying my wheels that needs sensors or an ECU programmed. :)

Anybody running these with black fender flares? like the ones that come on base model tacomas.

Interested in the matte black ones.

Looks awesome man! What lift and tire size are you running? I just picked up a '12 TRD Sport and am learning about lifts and tire size.
