What the hell is it with everyone being obsessed with chest? It's such a small muscle in comparison to others. Yet people dedicate a whole day to it.
Then work shoulders, back, calves, etc.. into one day.

no bro... def do chest on monday. the universe is too far off alightmet to do it any other day... but i mean if worse came to worse you could do chest on a thurday... but only if you didn't do shoulders on the wednesday previous to that and you didn't max out on the calf raise machine the tuesday afternoon the week before... or if missed your after noon bro-tein shake the friday of the week previous to when you tried to max out on you bench the monday after your 2nd to last arm day of the previous month. this is why is pays off to keep a workout log...

Thats why i was asking. I see a lot of guys doing chest on Mondays and when i asked why, they would say they could get higher 1rms because of the weekend recovery. Im still new to all this so i get confused when i hear lots of opposing ideas. To me it makes sense that doing a chest day after a shoulder or arm day would be harder than lets say after a rest day or weekend. But what do i know...

haha are you really canadian jk :p
there are a lotta people "writing" their own programs and most of them are shit, pure shit. it's always better to not worry about what day it is and just go with the routine, that way you are not restricted. i do legs, push, pull and rest till i feeling 100% and repeat. but it's always better to do what works best for you. everyone is different.

Sorry for the long post...yesterday was college football day and I don't mix football and TW

If you wanna gain weight, a little crappy eating won't kill you. MP Assault is awesome. I use it on the days I'm feeling lazy. It has a pretty bad crash though

Man, I do chest on Thursday

B/c being able to bench a lot = girls???
I do chest with tri's usually, but my new workout has me doing chest with bi's. I was skeptical at first, but I like it

It's not that big of a deal. I do chest after back and tri's and the effects are so insignificant that it doesn't matter. As long as your lifting, that's all that matters. As long as you don't do chest day twice in the same week or something, your fine...

Pshh, if you can't bench over 250, you're probably going to die a virgin. I wonder if there's an alternate universe out there where girls go after dudes with big ass legs...I'd most certainly die a virgin

Don't want to beat a dead horse here but listen to your body. If chest is your weaker area do it first. If legs are weak do those first... See where I'm going with this?

Also, small suggestion, no need to go off on people like that.

    Get them GAINZ dude!

I know dude. I literally stared at the top 5 and I was baffled as to why he wasn't too 5 AT LEAST. Wtf

This. That's why Aaron placed the  emoticons...

And there is a grammar error on this recent ill-mannered, uncredited, quote of yours...*I'm.
