that is a great price for the current market, thanks :)

4.8 cents per round, current general market best i can say, and i watch pretty regularily is around 8 cents per round.

thank God its not the outrageous 20 plus cents per round it was a few months ago!

yes, i havent bought 22lr in awhile (payed 3 cents per round for CCI mini mag) but im getting pretty low myself and would like to start shooting more of it again.

even though its 1 box limit, 1 box of good price is better than no box, or paying twice as much anyday!

Looks super awkward. Can you use the ACOG effectively with it set so far foward? Eye relief on the 31's is like 2".

Nice rifle, though. Used to want one of those really bad.

well hell thats good new for us all :) prices going down on ammo is never a bad thing!

and it is a dirty round, but it has shot more consistant and a little bit cleaner that the "armscor precision" that was close to the same price the last time i bought it.

Since then i have fired, approx 2k rem golden bullet, 1k rem lightning, 1-2k federal champion bulk, 3-4k armscor precision, 1k CCI mini mag and or ar-22(cant think of the right name for that cci ammo at the moment)

being .22 lr ammo it seems everyones guns are different but spread between my 10/22 and m&p15-22 the CCI stuff was clear winner, and the federal and armscor bulk stuff were pretty shitty the federal i would say had the most failures, but the armscor precision seemed almost random with some being much hotter "feeling" that others, most worked though. The golden bullets seem to be pretty good for the cheap junk and that is that :)

one of my 10/22's likes the federal, the other really does not.

Google, or post decent pictures and all info on gun online and wait lol. If it doesn't have a serial number it was made at least before 1968, if it does you might be able to look up the serial for a year of manufacture on the web

If it was sitting on Cabela's used rack, no. They charge way too much for used guns. In the real world, you might be a little high on asking price. Nice gun, but I will never understand why they put such short barrels on a rifle, tactical or not. You lose 100 to 200 fps for every inch shorter you go from the normal 24"

Mostly for maneuverability I guess. I have 16" and 20" bolt guns, suppressed, and an 8" suppressor on a 24" barrel is pretty unwieldy.

I like that shot, it's got 3 great vices, firearms, scotch and I'm assuming that's a cigar humidor to go with that ash tray?
