Lifted when I bought it. About 3".
I have an 03 tacoma 4x4 that is lifted. I will be putting 33's on her. With the stock rims I can fit 33x10.5x16. I was thinking about switching to 15" rims and running 33x12.5x15 tires. I am not savy with rim sizing so can somebody tell me what size I would need? I would need about 2-3" more space in the back to move that wider tire away from the upper control arm. Any suggestions?

Run some 15x8 wheels with a -12 or -19mm offset. This should give you enough room for your new tires.

Here's a link. Offset is the last two numbers listed in the wheel's size. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/d...By=prca&yr=2003&fqs=true&wd=15&rw=&vid=008237
