yeah I noticed that. I have been trying to make all my accents black on the outside, but I would like a little color on the inside. Not sure what color to use.

I used a fluorescent green on mine cause I like how it looks with the black. You can see it in my build. For your pyrite, ever think about a gun metal grey or something along those lines? Or maybe carbon fiber wrap?

Yeah that Green does look good with the black truck. Thought abut the 3M carbon but I feel like it would be hard to get it to stay on those small rings. The Gun metal might look good. hmmmm

Gun metal would look good. As for the the 3m cf wrap you can always strengthen the adhesiveness with an additional glue or an adhesion promoter.

To those asking about darker colors, I color matched mine to MGM with Duplicolor and automotive clear coat enamel to give it a shine and I think it looks great.

Click my signature for my build with pictures. I'm on my phone otherwise I would post a link.

EDIT - Here's the link to it.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.

Please provide step by step instructions for a DA in removing the instrument cluster trim rings on a 2015-2015 so I can paint them.
