I placed my order a couple of days ago. Very pumped to finally get these! Plus, the heaters are going to be very nice this winter!

Man am I the only one having trouble with these people? Lol so I have yet to receive my confirmation email. I ordered it Wednesday and called Friday to double check since I didn't receive it then. The girl said I should receive it at the end of the day and now it's Sunday. Guess I'm calling back again for the third time. Humph!!!

 

I placed my order last Tuesday the 24th, and hadn't received my e-mail confirmation/Invoice either.

I called back, the next day, and found out that they had my email incorrect.

I finally got it.

 

This is what my bill says

Graphics/Heat Transfer (ALL) 1 color____NONE____Unit-1____$31.20

So just to be sure did I get the logo I wanted, or did I get charged for a feature that they won't be putting on the seats?

 

Ordered mine, solid black with red full piping and TRD logo and back pockets for my 60/40 front seats. Came to $310 with shipping. They also had my address wrong so I had to call back to get it correct, make sure you double check your info.

 

That's why I called Friday to double check they had it right. I spelt it out for them and they repeated it back. Guess imma call then again!

 

How many days did they say it would take to fabricate...
10 business days & then another 5 if you got graphic, right?
So about 3-4 weeks total?

 

When there's ~240 orders from us alone, along with authorized dealers' sites and full retail buyers, some will have it a couple weeks later. Usually the plain and simple orders will be sent out first (ordering on the very 1st day helps too lol).

 

X2 on checking your order when you get your e-mail.

This is pretty much what mine says concerning the front. I know that the 09 means nothing has changed in the seat design since 09 for front. Where it distinguishes color, I don't know. Where it distinguishes just TRD in black, I don't know. I have done my part, ordered, paid, and verified email, and contact/shipping info is correct. What coding/software they use to distinguish customer orders and what is mfg, that's not my area of expertise, so hopefully they got it down right when I ordered, otherwise they'll be getting em back on their dime, and redoing em.
They been doing this long enough though, so I'm sure they got the info they need correct.

 

I don't have a graphic listed so I am going to call tomorrow after work. It appears that you have at least the XGRAP, which I assume specifies the graphic you picked. Mine says NONE. So I'll be calling just to verify, piece of mind I suppose.

This is what mine says in reference to the graphic:

Accessories - Auto-Graphics/Heat Transfer (ALL) 1 color

Color 1 is blank, Color 2 is blank, and Logo says "NONE"

I already re-emailed Ana and verified everything is OK - I just think their billing statement output is vague.
