    one of them had a sore calf from running the day before

    the other had a knee problem from falling that morning

    same for friday. fried foods are bad, the fat goes to your thighs; so I avoid legs on fridays.

    Getting me some chest today... .Weighed in this morning at 173.... almost at my 175 lbs by November...

    this weekend I kinda cheated, some beers, and pizza last night so Im not too impressed by my weight today... Time to clean up my act again

    Did legs today

    5x5 squats up to 205
    5x10 inverted presses w/340lbs

    8x10 calf raises from 185-225lb on the bar

    5x10 machine leg extensions at 205lbs


    this guy next to me made a whole big deal about putting 270lbs on his bar in the squat rack for box squats... but he got the tallest box we have in the gym, so he had maybe 6" of movement. and he's a tiny guy.....

    then watched him struggle deadlifting 150lbs, which he was doing in the same day for whatever reason
