    I did something similar.
5x5 front and back squat at 225
Than 5x10 leg press with 540 and did calf raises on the warmup sets. Legs are killing me.

I'm right there with ya. Tomorrow and Wednesday are gonna suck. The 2nd day after is always the worst for me. And, of course, I have class tomorrow. 3rd floor, too...elevators are for pussies.;)

Nice! One of the best feelings ever! Next stop, 250!!! It took me about 2 months to get from 225 to 250...I stayed at 250 for about 2 months straight. I COULDN'T get past it...until about 3 months ago I finally passed it...now I've been at 275 for about a month...time to break out the Wheaties

Debating whether or not to start creatine again....

I've been off of it for about a year now, but I'm starting to plateau strengthwise.

I never load, but just take 1/2 servings to supplement pre's; think I might start that again to try push my PR's a little

I'm eating as much as I can, but class and work is stopping me from going full fatass. haha

Everything on campus besides cafe food is super expensive...and my university has decided not to pay me yet...and it's been 2 months. So I'm hobo-ing everything that isnt cafe food.

1 pasta bowl+breadsticks from the dominos on campus is seventeen fucking dollars.

I've been trying to add more movement/pl workouts like cleans..think I might just switch back to "normal" exercises.

Still doing a lot of cardio too....might have to cut some of that back.

run to/from the gym every day is 4 miles; 20-24 miles a week just from going to the gym

:woot: Love progress. Since I hit my PR of 255 I haven't been able to work chest (didn't go to the gym last week). Not looking forward to that extra weight in the workouts, but love goin up!

I did legs too. 3 x 10 @185, 205, 225, supersetted with 3x15 calf raises since I already had the bar on my shoulders.

3x10 leg curls supersetted with 3x15 calf raises @ 265

3x10 leg extensions supersetted with 3x15 Calf raises @ 265

Then did shoulders. My calves are DEAD. I love it.

I never load, either. Usually take it for a couple months or so, 1 scoop before workout, 1 after, then go off of it for 2-3 weeks.

I've been eating a lot of subway lately. A lot of calories, carbs, and protein for like $5.

Yea...only 5 g. That's why I never loaded. You'll just waste creatine cuz your body can't use it all.

I cut all cardio out right now since I'm trying to gain weight. It's a great feeling to not run...

Mine usually runs $7, but Setptember was "Subtember", so all footlongs were $5. Their breakfast subs are delicious, too. My local one has footlong breakfast sub (Ham, turkey, bacon, eggs, cheese, on flatbread) for like $4
