Well, I don't think you have anything to worry about. You are still TWs version of John Holmes I'm sure.

I can think of a couple of ways to test this.

and if yours droops anything like mine..which..since its a long pack.. id say they will be too short. But too long so new bumps needed too.

go meassure your flex man. Most trucks are different. Id guess a 10'' stroke though and big bump stops..or shock relocate. but no idea unless you meassure.

 

Superwerty wasn't running NOS. He was meth injected though with a smaller pulley (2.85" I think) and running E-85. I don't think he even achieved 400 RWHP, but he was running factory internals still. It may be possible now with the 2.55" pulley, but you had better have forged internals and be setup for it.

2nd gens with the URD S/C can break 400HP but they don't make the low end torque that the TRD S/C does and even then 450 RWHP is about peak for them. Superwerty may have broke that with his larger S/C on his URD kit but he sold it before he ever built up his 4.0...

 

Look and see if I am noticeable. Probably just laughable.

 

picked up some greaseable bolts from low range, drilled out the smaller hole to 18mm, took out the metal sleeve and inserted new bolts. and voila!

 

What?? They are new. They ought to last at least a couple thousand miles before they start leaking. Hopefully by then we can do a shock relocate. Then I will spend some money on nice shocks if I need to.

I've worked with machining polyurethane is a previous lifetime. Kind of tricky depending on the durometer. Did you use a lathe to enlarge the hole?
