i didn't touch the poly. i just drilled the side plates for the shackle. the metal sleeve is inside for the smaller bolt to basically just take up space. if you put the 18mm bolt in without the sleeve it should fit perfectly. the frame to shackle bolts just swapped one for the other


keep in mind i'm not familiar with your leaf pack but it should fit the 18mm bolts in the poly

 

but i like stuffing the tire all the way!!

 

Be pretty sweet but if your coming 200 miles then should go the extra 200 and hit up Moab lol the trails here are fun but not worth a 200 mile trip. But then again you could come down for snowboarding or something and then some snow wheeling lol

you porbably shoulda just done a fabtch lift and 3'' BL and then 18'' rims with like..20'' wide tires..be a HW bro in no time.

Im pretty sure that wheelers told me the OME bushings are OEM size, so same as mine.

 

easy peezy lemon squeezy. all you would need are bolts, nuts, and a drill bit. i used a unibit to make it a bit easier.

 

I found this interesting. The rigs, all going over the same obsticle on the Shoshone Lake trail. It is interesting to see how they flex. Granted you are wider that me by a little bit and the FRV is a bit longer than both of us. Still interesting.

 

yea this is the place i would have like to see you on. I stil have about 1-2'' of droop i think.





or if we had had time all do poser shots on the spot on Shoshone i did that big flex shot on last year.

good find though. is kinda cool. My dads looks like it has no flex haha sway bar on..but all 3 trucks look about the same in terms of levelness..
