    Here is a 0-80

2012 Supercharged, Bully Dog GT-T, 2.8 pulley, Volant ram air, Wallbro pump, 285 tires. Looks like about 6-7 seconds roughly to 60 mph..I was in 4 wheel drive as well, not sure how it would change time if I started in 2wd, would definitely spin.

Ahh didn't know you were SC (although I watched that earlier vid, didn't even hear the whine), I was thinking (hoping) you were NA. Very good data point nonetheless, thank you.

Also pre-thanks for anyone that takes the time to do vids like 1strongone1. Seeing other people operate their unit and seeing the abilities will more than likely increase interest and generate more talking/questions/information.

Is the video with the BD tune loaded?

BD Wesley, I see that you're looking at this thread....

Can you please just answer some questions, mainly mine? Lol. I'll say it again, I WANT to spend money on this, but your lack of mentioning the NA 4.0 in any capacity is a little disheartening. When will we see some dyno runs, 0-60 pulls, anything?

I would buy one of theses if BD would man up and give us some N/A info. Dyno results would go a long way.

I'm sure many of us feel the same, but at this point I'm not really hopeful. They've seen the numerous requests. We know that it works for the supercharged engines, that's great. It seems like if it also worked (well enough to be noticeable, I'm not talking 7-12hp or something along those lines) for the NA engines we'd know about it already.

Not trying to bash Bully Dog, but the way it sits now it seems like it's solely beneficial for forced induction.

Im not trying to bash them either. Wondering why all the N/A questions seem to be ignored. Just want some solid information to go off of. If the information was there i bet lots of guys would be buying these things up.

Hell I'd settle for anything, much less dyno sheets.

It'd be easy enough to just send a unit to one of us, and let someone chime in with "yes I feel a difference" or "no I do not feel a difference." I'd be willing to record 0-60 pulls before and after tuning so that we could compare the times. It would be SO easy for them to let an actual user run some tests of their own.

If the person wants to keep the unit then by all means run their card, if they don't, send the thing back. Hell I send knives to people all the time under that pretense, and I'm a MUCH smaller company than bully dog.

    Your move, BD.

I could be wrong - but I don't think they've developed/released any tunes for N/A yet. Probably why there aren't any dynos. Could very well be that they aren't able to make enough power yet, and still working on it?

OH. Well in that case - I agree. Where's the numbers??

Not for nothing, but $900 is a lot to spend on something that is unknown. Especially when what IS known, is that very few of the special features work for the Tacoma. I can live with the seatbelt chime....

Exactly. If we don't get 80-90% of the special features, and we aren't even sure if we get ANY power to speak of - then why would we buy?

Like I've said before, I really, really hope they prove me wrong because I can't afford a SC at the moment but I still want some power - but so far silence is speaking louder than words.

If I had a unit, and it gave me ANY noticeable power, I'd be shouting it from the roof tops. Hell, I have a YouTube channel with over 10K subscribers who I'm sure would appreciate knowing about a good product. Point is, when something works people like to spread the word. Again BD, why not send a few units out? It doesn't cost you anything either way.

Quite honestly, and no offense to BD at all - it's great that they stepped up, but I would rather spend the money on a MAF cal with a custom tune from Gadget. It will give almost as much of a bump in power as the BD I would bet - and if you have the ability to log, you can dial it in (which is what the BD is lacking - making me a non-buyer). If you want even more power, then a MAP-ECU3 with custom tune from Gadget. Both options are cheaper, will give power, can be customized, and still have money left over for a cool AFR gauge!

If you, or anyone has questions about WHY they should buy the tuner, give our sales team a call at 940-783-9915. They will be glad to help you out. Not into calling? Shoot me an email at wesley.s@bullydog.com and I'll personally answer any and all questions to the best of my ability.
I try to keep up on here, but I do have a job at Bully Dog, and this isn't part of it. :p
So, if anyone would like me to publicly answer some questions, please put together a list and fire away!
I saw some inquiries about the n/a 4.0. Click here: http://www.bullydog.com/documents/40450_instructions.pdf page 2 has chart for dyno numbers.
n/a numbers apply to both the Tacoma and Tundra, S/C numbers are for Tundra, but the ones in parenthesis are for Tacoma. An engineer designed that chart, so I apologize for how confusing it is... We're going to fix that up though.
