    I've always wanted to gain a little weight. Been stuck at 145 for EVER. So I'm gonna try to bulk for a little bit and see if I can't get a little bigger. That, AND I'm tryin to hit the big 300 on bench...at 255 right now.

    The goal is really 3 plates, but, for right now, I'd freak out if I could push 300. Lol. 3 plates just looks so manly.

    I will eventually.

    I shouldn't say NO running. I do 5 minutes before the workout to get blood flowing. But I'll get back to it eventually.

    PR today, 225 on the flat bench twice, no spotter. Weight is way up, 195ish somewhere around 15% bf.

    Thats awesome dude. I like your numbers, much cleaner than mine: 150 lbs w/ 200 bench, 245 squat, 315 dead. Im WEAK in my chest. Progression is very slow for it and legs.

    I've done 2 cycles of creatine @ 3 months each. I loaded each time with 20g for 7 days and then went to 5g per day. I read somewhere that loading for a week gets it in your system faster. I don't know if it's true or not and I don't care, as creatine is cheap as dirt lol.

    And, like you, I don't do hardly any cardio when 'bulking.' Maybe a mile a week haha

    And also like you, 315 is my goal, too. Only 40 lbs away! Might as well be 1000 haha

    if you stick with 5x5 progressive loading for 20 weeks that's 40lbs, you'll be there in no time :D

    today is the first day back in the gym since my back injury, did chest and shoulders. lost about 30% strength, but im glad i can lift again.

    I understand some people are genetically predisposed to have small legs but damn. You would think he would have the common sense to either work you ass off to get bigger legs or not do so much upper body.
