I've got my opener in the front one. I used to keep a set of Oakley Holbrooks in there, but those got moved to the wife's car and the new shades (Oakley Jupiter Squared) don't fit.

I had a switch bank custom modded in the compass area and back sunglass holder. I frequently lose my sunglasses and really wish I still had the back sunglass holder. lol. Didn't realize I'd miss it so much

I keep a spare backup set there for when I misplace my main pair of sunglasses. It's kind of a small space and most folks don't want to crush their expensive sunglasses, IMO.

I keep two pairs of sunglasses in my truck: My Oakley aviators stay above/in my visor and my Costas stay in the sunglasses holder. BUT this will be changing here soon due to switches being put into the holders (sunglasses and garage door)

i dont use mine, i wear M frame ballistic oakleys. dont fit, and since my truck has 2, they have some mixture of junk in them. usually toll money, reciepts and cards i dont know what else to do with but might need at some point. and or a camera.

I plan to make use of the space with a gauge holder and switches

Holy cow! How big are the heads/faces on all you people whose sunglasses don't fit? I've got a fairly good-sized set of aviators, and a set of Oakley knock-off wraps, and they both fit just fine (not at the same time, obviously).

Heck, even the girlfriend's ginormous frog-eye sunglasses fit in there...

my ABS killswitch and other switches are mounted to the door......... Never kept glasses there before, and I would never trust my RX Oakleys in there anyhow.

Do the earpieces not fold or something? My wraps are of a similar design, but they fit with room to spare.

I dont even use that stupid case they came with....... the RX photochromic (transitions) will never see a case.

I have persimmon Rx, that I use for night driving, and if I am at work (tons of fluorescent lights) dont see cases either.

Anyone want 4 brand new Oakley cases for Flak Jacket XLJ, PM me.

they fold, but they profile a bit folded, they are too deep to fit without squishing them, and i dont want scratches or run marks on my lenses from making them fit.

I use them, but not for my sunglasses because I wear prescription tinted. They're great for storage!

Like PROFORCE, I modded mine to hold switches. Kinda wish i didn't do the back just because i like holding my sunglasses up there but oh well at least i can hold a lot of switches. Wiring is def a PITA. Mine doesn't look as clean as his either.. it's like a big bowl of spaghetti!
