So I know some of yall are big biker guys. Not sure if yall seen thsi video of a suv running over 2 or 3 bikers. But there was a gang of bikers, lets say 40 plus? And we all know how people act in big groups! So this videos shows an suv tapping the back of someones bike that was in this huge group. They all blocked him in and he got scared, floored it and ran these dudes over. Everyone else gave chase. Remind you, the driver has his wife ans kid in the suv as well. So this video doesnt show everything! And they wont show it, anyways the bikers caught up to the suv in traffic, bust out his window. Then pulled him out and beat him.
After watching this video, hell I would have done the samer, but for sure shots would have been fired!

Is that why he rear ended the first motorcycle in the first place? Because he was scared? Or because there was a large number of riders?

See, the part they cut off the video is what happen before he tapped the bike. They could have been taunting and harassing the suv before that. But we wont know.

But I do know that I was in the same situation once going to freeport. Group of bikers with harleys, one decides to move over from the group to take videos and pictuees of the group. Remind you its onky two lanes going to freeport. So this one guy would speed up and slow down jus to take pictures. While everyone is going 50, a line of cars behind me. I probably wouldnt have ran him over. Knowing the repercussions of what would happen. But it did cross my mine a time or two.

Just saying, not all bikers are bad or ruthless,. But it only takes one to stir up trouble.

From what I read elsewhere, the first bike (what happened before the video started) had swerved in front of the SUV and slowed down too fast and the SUV tapped him. Bikers(losers) got pissed at the driver and the rest is in the video...

I love bikes! A group ride we did a few years back, Had a few guys that like ti stunt, aka street squids! Were the ones slowing traffic down so they have enough from to stunt down the freeway. After a few drivers got pissed, I left the group and went off on my own. Its ine thing to ride in a big group, and its another to fuck with traffic just because you think you're in a big group

The guy was trying to force the SUV to stop or pull over to allow them ride through, it is common for these rally's to do that. Essentially they feel they own the road and everyone else should clear the way. I support his decision 100%, I feel bad for the guy who got the worst of it, "his" family says he was walking over to check on the guy that got hit, I would bet he was walking over to partake in the harassment of the SUV.

Most bikers are douche bags, I know this is a stereotype and not all are, but stereotypes exist because they are true for the majority of said groups.

So cutting off or "taunting" is legitimate grounds for hitting someone. Well hell in that case next time someone cuts me off or drives slow in the passing lane I'm justified in ramming him correct?

Don't misunderstand me, a lot of motorcycle riders are douchebags. But so are cage drivers. What's more sport bike riders also receive a considerable amount of "bad rep" and we've all seen it. All sport bike riders pop wheelies and weave in and out of traffic at 273627mph, right? So all it takes is the driver saying that he was scared of these big bad sport bike riders and thus he's justified for running several of them over. Right?

One of the reasons why I've stopped riding so much is the absolute terrible quality of drivers on the road. There are many recorded instances where capers will actually go after motorcycles for zero reason. It's ridiculous.

The problem is that everything before the video we've seen is he said she said and speculation. The video however clearly shows the SUV hitting the first rider and then running over several others and running.

There has to be other video out there of what happened from different vantage points. I'd be interested to see them and to find out if the driver of the Land Rover called 911 in his attempt to flee the bikers.

Everyone in the vid handled the situation wrong. Put yourself in the SUV driver's shoes, if he had a wife and kid with him, I'm sure he would protect them above all else, then again running someone over and potentially killing them is kind of unnecessary.

Strong fact-based argument there with plenty of supporting evidence. Especially what's been bolded. 10/10

With regards to what happened at the end, I completely agree with you. However we don't know why the Land Rover hit the rider other than he did. If I was in the other riders' shoes, I'd certainly stop and see if my fellow rider was okay and to provide witness to the accident. Whether or not I'm alone or with a group is immaterial. We assume that the Land Rover driver "got scared" because his wife and child was with him and that's why he ran, hitting and running over several other riders. Again, we don't know what happened before the Land Rover hit the first bike and between that moment and when the Land Rover fled.

Then again, most riders are douchebags so the Land Rover was justified regardless of what really happened

I'm not sure that calling someone a douche bag could ever actually have facts attached to it, because humans are simply not douche bags. Yes that may be an exaggeration on how many are "douche bags" but lets not be ignorant to any stereotype, they exist because there is a large enough faction of bikers or any other group that they pertain to.

The RR driver could easily be one of those arrogant city drivers whom thinks they own the road as well, the video is too vague to determine anything. I rode with groups a few times, we never did anything to endanger anyone's lives, we just rode.
