    70% of the people I work with are civilian. So we got a huge load of work dropped on us until this smooths over. I don't see anything happening for 3 weeks at least.

    They are issuing stop-work orders on some of our federal contracts. It only indirectly affects me, but I'll be able to stay billable on other stuff. I feel sorry for the fed employees, even though I think some should be unemployed permanently. Wer had massive State furloughs here for the past few years, just startginto recover. Not fun for the entire local economy, other businesses suffer badly because no one can spend. These things always screw the small business person, but gee, don't see Boehner standing up and saying, we're fucking the small business person in the ass. American dream.:rolleyes:
