i think its becoming a problem...i check TW more than facebook and instagram...and im following some hot chicks on instagram...

 

New Orleans and Baton Rouge are both ranked in the top ten when it comes to murders per capita. It's not my fault your scrawny ass doesn't feel safe

 

yeah and crime rates in the DFW are climbing. this year was the first time i've seen arlington on the news for murders and crimes in general.

I used to be scrawny. I probably have gained 50-60lbs since my college days.

 

meh lol this is the weight i want to be at but with muscle BAHAHA its wierd all my weight is in my gut arms and legs are skinny

Lol I know what you mean, I'm 5'9 probably around 165 now, I'd like to drop 15 pounds but just have had no motivation lately. Gonna try to set a goal for myself to be 145-150 by my bday in 4 months

yeah i was going for a nice muscular look and was 165-175 (i flux that much in a day)and tried like a mofo to gain the 10 pounds but couldnt i guess because worked out too much? then i took a trip to austin and did nothing but drank and ate and i havent really been able to get back into my gym groove and now im 180. i said 180 earlier right? thats what i meant 180 lol im gonna try to turn alot of it into muscle but probably gonna try to go down to 175 at the least

 

Kyles got me on a fitness plan and stuff like that it helps

 

I used to look pretty good. I wont share the pics that I shared with some girls but I was around 145, less than 10% BF, had the v six pack and everything and was very happy where I was. I wasnt ripped but I was muscular. I stopped once my doc told me my heart had gotten worse and I guess its just worried me so much that I cant seem to get back into it.

never had all that i stay real texan lol muscular every where but always had a gut i guess it was ok since it was a gut of iron?

I have a bad aortic valve that will need replaced. Might be having surgery this coming summer
