Just did shoulders and tris and at the end, I did a little forearms. I try not to go over hr long workouts, so after my main 4 workouts, I try to add in either calves, abs, or forearms. Today was forearm day and holy shit, it was good...

I started with the 35 lb curl bar with 50 lbs on it, sat on the flat bench and put my arms flat, palms facing up and did 4 sets of 25, like so:

Then, I simply did the opposite. Same workout, but with just the bar, as my arms were on fire. Rather than palms facing up, I did palms down (reverse grip) and pulled up (like revving a motorcycle)... 4 sets of 25 and my ass was done.

Most intense forearm workout I've ever done.

I agree heath stepped up this year and his back came it way more full, i wonder what he changed in his gear stack because it sure as hell not from just lifting weights. and yeah he has bettery genetics for abs but everything else kai was better imo.
    yeah he got robbed
kai is more proportionate, some of heath's upper body parts are way too overdeveloped, plus kai is drier. but i agree its mostly politics, thats why i feel bad for the guy

i assume everyone knew lol he had to do some gay porn to pay for gear and rent and food. i can't judge the guy for make money to do what he loves, kali muscle also did some gay stuff for money it was equally disturbing to look at lol.

When moving to a wider grip during the pull portion of the clean, it causes you to hit higher up into the hip crease upon full extension. IF you are a good hip cleaner than this technique may work. But most people make contact on the upper third of their thigh during the clean, and learning how to make contact with the hips causes a decrease in pulling ability and the ability to get under the bar as they now "chase" the bar forward and create a new path. I personally clean with a slightly wider grip, but no where near as wide as in the vid. Plus remember, the Chinese are taken away from their family's at an early age and given a barbell (gymnastics, whatever) and told to learn.

Checked out the website, seems like there's a lot of product on there and some decent stacks...but you're not listed as a sponsored athlete.

The cubicle whales are complaning about the smell of my food again. Hopefully the fumes of my tilapia will give them the nutrition that their double quarter pounders are lacking.

Looks sketchy. Wish it would show ingredient profiles. Especially when listing products claiming to be clomix, tren, clenbuterol, amongst other. The markets flooded with dirty pro hormones these days.
