Also, by no means does it stop at 50, we just needed 50 to start the group buy. So keep coming and order one for the spouses vehicle as well.

I was thinking the same thing. My wife could probably benefit from one of these! Might just pick up two. :D

What kind of mounting brackets are you all getting? Do I have to PM you to get in on this even though there are over 50?

Nope, just add your name to the list and purchase from the link OP provides when the time comes.

as for mounting bracket...I'm just getting the basic window mount for now because I'm still not sure where I'll end up mounting this thing. but in the meanwhile it'll give me a non-permanent option until I figure it out. I might try to flush mount it in the dash somewhere...

EDIT: Oh, I get what you mean now. You just have to use the link OP provides. don't buy it from the site yet until he provides the link from which to do so.

I saw somewhere on here that one member used 3M Adhesive Tape and put it right behind the steering wheel (1st Gen) in that little indent before the dash

I've seen some like that. Not my favorite location but am definitely considering it. Gonna have to try a few places before my picky ass can decide. :D

New Navigation DVD/CD/TV/AV/Bluetooth Stereo and seat mod spacers, 1" hubcentric spacers, seat heaters....
"I saw somewhere on here that one member used 3M Adhesive Tape and put it right behind the steering wheel (1st Gen) in that little indent before the dash "

exactly what I did, with 3m Velcro, stays put, perfect spot, easy to get loose when you fill up to do the fuel input and calibration if needed...ez peazy...
