OK, see, NOW I can understand what you are talking about. I was picturing a heim joint that would be fixed into the control arm. Not all heims are threaded, some are fixed mount, but allow the inner heim of course to move. But now I get what you are talking about.

If the suspension pivot points are worn out or the bearing is tweaked unwanted camber will also result. I know what camber is, im looking for unobvious causes.

OP, you've asked the forum what could be the cause of your camber issue and some very knowledgeable and experienced folks have offered you honest feedback to what they believe is the obvious cuase. There are a lot of people on TW that love to troubleshoot and fix these types of things.

The consensus is that your homemade control arms are the culprit. However, the only responses you've provided to that have been something to the effect that you know that's not the issue and that you're fabrication skills are sufficient for engineering and building a set of long travel, upper and lower control arms. While I applaud your effort to build your own stuff as I like to do the same, have you taken a moment to actually consider that maybe you need look into this as the problem?

Please get your frame checked out so that you know with professional certainty that it's not already tweaked and put a set of stock components back on the truck. You can typically find the necessary components for fairly cheap from a scrap yard. If the problem goes away, then you've found the issue. If it doesn't, post back here with the results and what you find by putting it back to stock and people would be glad to help you go from there.

In order to troubleshoot something, you start with the most obvious and eliminate those possible causes. Something is obviously not right with your set-up. Take out the unknown factors (homemade arms) and replace them with a known, proven components (factory) and see if the problem is still there.

If you're not willing to accept the help, why ask for it?

Ive fixed my camber issue. I had a horrible toe out problem from when i had the fabtech kit on and couldnt figure out what caused it, it came up after smashing through some ruts. Thats when the camber started aswell. So yesterday i was finally able to break loose the tie rod jam nut and fix the toe issue. When i did this my camber magically disappeared along with my horrible bumpsteer and pulling. But now my steering wheel isnt center. So im blaming this on my steering rack shifting to the left an inch or two and screwing up all my geometry.
