Went Looking for a 2013-2014 White TRD Sport access cab, and there is only 2 in the USA? That just seems very odd to me.

 

I doubt that there's only 2 in the US but when I went shopping for my 2009 TRD 6spd with the configurations I wanted, there was only 2 in the state. A good dealership would be able to track one for you exactly how you want it.

 

There's one at Mountain States Toyota in Denver, saw it a couple days ago. And they're pretty good to deal with, had it advertised about $1,000 under sticker for a starting point. There are a lot more out there, and some bigger dealers are getting a truckload of Tacomas every few days now.

 

Wouldn't every dealer have the same program to search trucks? And this dealer gives a lifetime PT. What would you guys expect me to pay for a new sport AC?

 

Every dealer does have the same access to searching. Though I bet they want to sell you what they have rather than what they would have to trade for as it cost them time and money to do so.

 

I will call them back and mention the one in Denver. Now I wonder if I would pay the Denver's asking price or will they make there own price up after my dealer gets it?..

 

You negotiate the price with your dealer. They probably didn't tell you about the one in Denver because they didn't want to do a dealer trade.

Yep, I went to one dealership where they tried to sell me a silver one and didn't tell me that the dealership the next town over has the exact one I'm looking for.

Toyotas website is the absolute worst for being able to identify what vehicles have what packages, when I was looking, it was impossible to differentiate what packages were on each truck. Had to physically go look at all the locals just to see what they really had in stock. Toyota should really work on this!
