FWIW... I know shit seems to be coming out a lot lately, but I still believe our compliance department is solid. I honestly don't think Saban would have played HaHa if he knew it had happened. No way it's worth the risk to him.

Now... Since it was a coach who loaned him the $500, I suppose that you could say that Alabama DID know, so I don't know how that'll go. The coach needs to be gone permanently.

 

If I remember correctly, the compliance department found out when they were investigating the other allegations going on and HaHa turned over all of the evidence that he needed to.

 

Did the reason Haha asked for the loan was because his house/place had been robbed or lost everything? Something to that effect and he desperately needed money. If that is the case, then quite honestly I have no problem with this as a means of survival...IF being the operative word...
