Uninsured motorist decided to try and turn right from the inside lane. I know it's not THAT bad, but I feel like I just got broken up with.

How does that work for your claim? Here in canada you MUST have insurance to drive on the road

Your insurance covers you, then they chase them. In Wisconsin they get a lien slapped on them that you have to sign off on before they are allowed to reinstate their revocated license. Another words they have to make right by you before they get their license back.

Glad you're OK, Looks mostly cosmetic, should be a easy fix.

I know how you feel man. My shit got broke into last week and they stole a bunch of stuff. And I felt like it had been raped and just didn't want it anymore. The feeling came and went.

Subrogation Unit of your Insurance Co. should be able to take care of that for you. Had the same thing happen to me back in 09'. Crazy lady driving a scooter was uninsured - 4 way stop - gunned it straight into the drivers side of my 03' AC. $4K worth of damage...was all taken care of within a mo. and a half. They even went after her for my deductible. $0 out of pocket to me - truck is as good as new. Look on the bright side - no injuries sustained by you right? Trucks can be repaired / replaced...just material goods bro! Hope you get this straightened out asap.

    Precisely.

My old lady backed into my truck, so it gave me an excuse to get an All Pro bumper and aftermarket headlights.

Either way your insurance is going to cover you, no matter where you live. Most insurance companies are going to cover you. Others will want you to pay for uninsured drivers insurance. So either way, you're covered.

Thank goodness I have uninsured motorist, but it's still a pain! He got a ticket, but I still think it's ridiculous he gets to continue driving.

Definitely going to shop for a heavier bumper, and maybe some wheels with foot long spikes sticking out just for good measure :)

Thanks for the replies, they made me feel better
