I saw Jerry on 80 in the Davis area. Man does that first gen look like a beast!!!

 

Speaking of Jerry, this rig has a BAMF sticker on the back. I didn't see if it had bamf armor, but I'll check sometime. It has Nevada plates, though, so maybe someone in those forums knows who it is.

 

Does anyone have a press? Or know where I can get access to one?

 

it's with regards to the gov't shutdown thread. lots of heat regarding gov't regulation vs deregulation. y'all know how our forum is supposd to be

Anyone ever had their traction control go off thru normal turns after doing a lift and taking out the sway bar? Mine keeps kicking in thinking that I'm sliding and during the winter I know it's gonna get me killed....

 

Yes.

Reset the VSC. The dealer can do this or if you search here, you can find a reference to the procedure for doing it. Probably better to get a dealer to do it.

 

I suspected so. It was a great thread to read, lots of civilized discussion, at least for the first 24 hours. I stopped reading after that, but I can see it getting out of hand.

I had to do it after my lift as my truck was doing the same thing. It is easy.

Haven't picked up the new rear bumper yet.

Mine did it to me twice, then i came on here and looked it up. Took it to the dealership, and had to pay them. Still does it, so i just hit the disable button before I start doing some high speed maneuvering. I can usually tell that a turn will activate it before i get to it.

 

Yeah I hit the button but every once in a while it still does it, even when the auto lsd light is on. But it's not as severe when I hit the button.
