    The better coast
I think if they made the body as 'sleek' as the front end it would not look to bad. after the front end the truck just look to bloated to me. I dont mind the front end chrome, the door handled and mirrors are a little much..

My 05 AC had all black trim but when I found the 08 RC Prerunner SR5 it had chrome grill and rr bumper & oem 6 spoke wheels.....but also had some black trim too.

Since it was a mix, I decided not to fight it or add any more chrome. I swapped to 2011 chrome grill, blacked out headlights/tails, got some black wheels with polished lip, took off chrome badges, added black tint, added black lightbar with black 500ff's, added ss oem exh tip, fogs are chromish, black CB antenna, black hood protector, black oem hitch, blackish vent guards & wallah....mix. Voted paint and certainly prefer color matching to overboard chrome. My car is all color matched and chromeless so a balance has been struck.........

I bought the truck with chrome bull bar and side steps. It's a sport model. I bought a chrome satoshi grille on here and then a chrome rear bumper to replace the dented nasty body colored one that was on there. Took off the bull bar and steps. The previous owner also put on chrome door handle covers. I think it looks good on my Indigo Ink but that's my opinion, and it's my car payment too! I've toyed with the idea of blacking things out, but I think two things: 1. The truck is very dark blue so I don't think the black would look too good, I might be better off having no badges than black ones, and 2. EVERYONE else is doing it. I like my truck being a little different but I'm not blinging with my chrome either.

Paint. Chrome has to be done tastefully and on the right vehicle for it to work for me. As a general rule I just don't like it too much.

I could care less what it looks like. The chrome seems easy to clean.

Not a big fan of chrome, but...since my Taco is the silver streak color...it blends in pretty well.

A little chrome is okay as long as chroming is done in taste and in moderation and not over the top. Although I prefer color-matched. Godspeed.

I dont mind chrome. As long as it isnt overdone. I pick the colors I do mostly because I am pretty lazy when it comes to washing my truck.

the Chrome wouldn't be all bad if all your accessories were chrome too. Wheels, steps, side mirrors, light bars, you know the average mall crawler stuff.

On something like this I really like the chrome, but again its old! But my take is it's your truck/car, do whatever makes you happy!

I enjoy my Chrome. It's always that much different from everybody else's black and color match, and It's not DUB so I think i'm good.

Don't mind it on grill and rear bumper but that is enough. I hate the chrome pkgs. on the bigger trucks.
