Has anybody done the blinker relocation mod and then the fog light mod?

Do those switches just snap right in there without any modification?

Used 1/2in concrete backer rod to stuff around my dash/windshield to reduce vibration. Keep finding new places to put the stuff. Works well. And cut some firewood[IMG]

    They should snap right in.

Speaking of switches, went to add two more. Bought some abs plastic to make a panel where the clock is but found my switch bracket fits there without any cutting or need for the plastic panel. I might just use it like this. I'd prefer then to be vertical but this looks good and was super easy. Ignore the dust lol.

ffirg is right they SHOULD. but in that particular spot I had to take quite a bit of material out for them to fit, pop out one of your cover plates and you will see an extra little rib that needed to come off for the DAYSTAR switches to fit.

ALL PRO skids went on today finally. covers all the way back to the transfer case and than I added the all pro t-case skid as well. While it was in the air I put on some 1 inch wheel spacers from trail gear too.

Be careful with that all pro t case skid. If I were you I'd ditch it and either build your own that's bolts to the frame or buy the skid row t case skid that bolts to the existing tranny skid and cross member.

Problem with that all pro skid is it bolts to the transfer case. If you have to "slide" over something all the weight is put on the t case not the frame. I know of a guy who blew 2 holes in his t case from that skid plate popping the studs back into the case....

Just a heads up I guess... Nice truck!

I'm glad TG accounted for us long framed people by putting the holes in the front of the bumper haha. I was thinking it was just 98s with the longer frames but do the 99s and 00s have them too?

Never try to replace your steering rack if your truck sees salt/anything other than pavement. What a pain in the ass. Will absolutely pay someone else to suffer through it next time.
