    Spent 2.5 hours givin her a good bath/wax/detail. Needed it after a good romp in the desert the other day. Barely finished as it got dark, so sorry fellas, no pix. She is bone stock anyway so nothing awesome to look at other than being a taco.

    Also is there anyone who has put the bed extender in a long/standard bed? iv thought about it, but then im not sure what i would actualy use it for

    Do your pieces that lock into the tailgate fit? I kept my extender from my frontier and got the hardware kit and got it mounted, but the lock tabs that lock into the tailgate don't fit. I think it's because of the plastic liner. Just curious as to what you did or if those pieces can be replaced so they do fit.

    The extender I bought off Craigslist was a genuine Toyota accessory. I bought the (overpriced) Toyota hardware kit and the rack snaps securely and then pivots freely in the mounts. If it would help, I can take a couple close up pix of the mounts. The pieces that lock into the tail gate latch also fit securely and release completely when the handle is pulled.

    Oh ok. The one from my nissan fits, just had to collapse it a little bit. The lock pieces in the tailgate just don't fit. I may just have to pick a set of those up from the dealer.
