I scored a 90 on the practice ASVAB...recruiter said I could pretty much do whatever the hell I wanted to do if I did that on the actual asvab.

 

heh, my cousin is actually in school right now to be a TACP. Alls I know is he graduated AF boot in march or something and has been going to schools ever since.

 

or Combat controllers... Do a quick Search on SSgt Zach Rhyner.. the most recent person to recieve the Air Force Cross

 

I'm aware that there are only 4 fun jobs for AF enlisted.

PJ, CC, TACP, SERE.

everything else, meh.

 

yea I got a 94 on my Actual Asvab.. but being Red/green Color Blind fucked me.. I went from being qualified to do 98% of the jobs in the air force to being able to do 3%

 

SERE isnt that fun of a Job.. all you do is teach the other 3 about survial .. you dont actuall go out and do anything... and any job can become bad ass if you get a job with the Joint Spec Ops Command.. bc then your working in the middle of no where in a base the size of the tents you set up and no one knows your there or atleast the claim your not there

 

oh, i thought if you were SERE all you did was camp around the world in shitty conditions.

my buddy is trying to become a SERE, and what he will do is take the guys that are going for PJ, CC, Tac-P , Loadmaster, and any job that really involves flying or being outside the wire.. and they go to different enviroments and practive survival skills.. the SERE them selves.. do not go and fight or anything.. they are simply Teachers
