Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
i picked up a new compund miter box the other day, and a new dremel tool.

I like to make things and im working on gathering some more tools so i can make more things for my truck, its been awhile since i have made anything for my trucks or cars soooooo

Im just curious to see what everyone else has made for thier Tacoma's or anything else you have made if you havent made it for your truck..

the last thing i made was the bumper on my 2008, at the time i had no good tools for bending so it is what it was lol

i also once built a 900 lb dog cage in my basement. welded it in the house too :)

I plan to pick up a welder this winter, learn to weld and then take to making first a rear and then front bumper, as well as touch up my skids with extra supports.

That is pretty sweet, I got a JD-32 bender and have beendying to make something very similar with a fold down light bar, but I don’t havea very good welder, metal supply, or my torch in Kansas.. soooo its been putoff for a long time

The bumper I made there was very stout but I was on aserious time crunch (48 hours) to make the bumper, change a wheel bearing, and changethe throwout bearing while enjoying a few beers. So I didn’t have enough timeto take all the steps and build it the way I wanted.. the next one I will! And thebest way to learn is give it a shot :)

oh and a 115 lb Female malamute with seperation anxiety... I couldnt leave her outside because of the nieghbors at that house, i have since bought a house and put up a privacy fence as well as built a large 8x6 dog house for her so now she has all the room she needs to run around and enjoy life while i am at work :)

I built a bed mounted tire carrier out of an old weight bench. Don't have any picture s in my phone. There's a thread on here called redneck tire carrier that I started when I built it. Which reminds me I should update that since I've finished it.:)

I did the top half, all of the woodwork yesterday. the bottom half i did months ago.

i had an old leaky basement with a 20 year old, shitty finish job done. so i stripped it, sealed it, and have been rebuilding it. along with the windows in the house, and the roof, and the fence, and the floors.. and the bathroom.. well really pretty much everything.

without projects, i would be bored. maybe a little more sane, but bored.

    Looks good!

I'm hoping this weekend I'll get to mocking up plans for some attachments to my bed rack... my dream is two main attachments for it: a lumber rack kind of thing, and a tent platform for camping (pretty much a poor-mans rooftop tent)

we'll see how it goes though.

That's a nice deck. What are you going to do with the yard? That would look hot with some nice stone laid.

That's my daughter's house. There is a sizable area (20' round) that's already done with cobblestones that I would add to. We'll see (if I live long enough) what they decide.

Hey all! Those bed drawers are sweet! And that deck is nice, I did a smaller version back when I was in HS and it does become a pretty large project after awhile! I was at Fort Riley kansas and I lived in JC.. I moved to Bragg down there in NC and went to Afghanistan then had a new baby! So life has been busy! Hope everyone has a nice project going on I will be getting back to some myself as soon as I can!
