Oh yeah it is matter of making the trip and funds lol.

And sweet. I am starting school for it in January. The school I am going to will get me all the AWS certs for structure and pipe. I am gonna be putting a rig together as soon as I can afford to. The amount you make in Canada is straight up rediculous lol

I don't think offroading in something that can walk like that would be as fun, well not the rock crawling aspect. As for blazing out through the dunes, that might be a lot more fun though.

If that came at me in the woods it would probably scare the shit out of me! Some Terminator era shit or something! haha

He's a pretty mellow dude. Met him a couple years ago. Took some guys in my unit for a ride in his trophy truck and let us slap our unit sticker on it. I lead him out to the tank testing track, and of course I had the skinny pedal smashed in the taco. He passed me sideways at about 100 lol. Made the taco seem like a turd. Afterward he said "so how do you like your offroad car?". lol

Should have told him to follow you through mud bog or some deep snow ;) haha (I'm assuming that is a 2wd...)

Was your rig as setup then as it is now though?

I only had 33's then and F67 rear springs. I spent a couple of hours looking at his truck and talking to his mechanics. I set up my stinkbug stance based off of his truck. It also motivated me to move up to 37's. (you can see the taco just above his hood in the first pic) I guess it's on some discovery channel show, the film crew was there, but I haven't seen it.

So I just saw the for sale thread on those 4:56 gears. I'm really tempted.... Haha

But I really don't want to have to regear twice if/when I decide to get 35's.....

your an auto. You'll want 4.88s for 33s and 5.29s for 35s anyways. You have no use for 4.56
