Wish I was bored. Unfortunately were going through a 100% audit of our work processes with our quality engineers. Absolutely sucks and is interfering with my nappy time.

    Audits (and auditors) :puke:

Slept good today. Not really tired, just bored.

Ironic, we're funded to work by whatever the right term is this hour, but with no budget (appropriations), the cargo and mission flow has slowed to a trickle 'cuz units don't have money; mission essential stuff only.

Reviving this thread cause im bored as hell and cant sleep. Im sick of working these hours. Sunday and monday are my days off, have to take my kid to a doctor appointment monday morning and i cant sleep. Got home from work sunday morning at 7, slept until about 12noon then woke up on my own. Went grocery shopping and spent the whole day in a zombie like daze. Fell asleep at 9 pm and was praying i could sleep through the night knowing i had to getup early monday morning. Woke back up at around 1130 pm and have been awake since then.

I go back to regular shift work in 2 weeks and i am counting it down by the minute.

That's nights brother. It sucks trying to live with the rest of the world on day shift when ya work nights. I'm off 3 nights a week unless I pull overtime. I switch back to days on my days off. That's two 24 hour days a week being awake plus only 5 hours a day or so on my work days.

I'm at work now but, it's my "Friday" and vacation Friday at that!

I work at least 7 nights a month....on #4 right now. If it weren't for my kids I'd rather pull night shifts all the time.

I work 7 night and 7 days a month unless I pull OT. I agree ill take nights over day shifts any time! Night shifts just seam to go a little smother around here, with the exception of last night when I dropped and killed my phone!
