So when I hit that on the rocks will it hold up well or will it still get knocked off balance? I think I've already posted pics of 2 of my previous driveshafts in here before. haha

A driveshaft is not meant to carry the load of your truck. It will hold up better than a stock one for sure. I get more scrapes and less dents/candycanes.

Thanks a lot for the pics. That hidden hitch looks really nice. I agree about the angle of approach but it's probably ok for me. That's why I didn't want to go with the Curt hitch; it looks like it would make the angle of approach even less.

I was also wondering if it would be possible to fab a hitch so the receiver would come out through the opening in the plastic. I've got a thousand questions. Hopefully I can drop by and pick your brain and possibly bring my son. He just got a 2012 tx crew cab.

That's a great looking bracket, did you fabricate it?

Thanks again for the reply and the pics.

    Goose.

No that was done by my friend. Hes down in TN. I was using it as an example of what it takes to stuff a winch in that bumper.

I'm at work right now, lol.

I need to weld the spring perches, shock tabs, and brake hose tabs to the rear axle and I will be ready to go.

Perches are already tacked at proper pinion angle, driveshaft is even in. Brake hose tabs are located on the axle as well. Rear shock tabs are sitting here waiting :D

And I need to paint my other two beadlocks.

    Soon...very soon

This is better than Breaking Bad. Can't wait to see the end results. make sure to take plenty of pics. Specially of the front and side at bumper height to see the clearance and the relation of the front with the rear differential. Also from under to see drive shaft angles.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
from the picture, it looks as if your stuck in the garage :)
