looking for a tranny cooler

    I've got an 07 DCSB 4.0L and Im looking to install a tranny cooler. I dont know what kind to get or how to go about installing it so a little help would be appreciated. I've got a 14 foot enclosed trailer that I plan on hauling to the desert. itll be loaded with a dirt bike and quad and camping gear so I want something good but not too expensive. dont wanna cause any damage to the tranny. all and any help/suggestions are appreciated thanks guys.

    A scanguage would also be a good idea. You would be surprised how fast the trans can heat up depending on how you are driving. Especially if you are towing a 5000+ lbs trailer. With the scangauge you can see real time of the exact temps of the converter and pan.

    Turbo with supporting mods and tranny to hold power.
    Get largest one you can fit that will get air flow or get one with fan and thermo control. The latter if doing much slow speed, hills/mountains, or extreme heat..... also remember to add extra fluid to comp for cooler and line volume. Extra fluid makes heating up slower and more stable temps. = longer tranny life.

    Any idea if this one is larger than the stock one?

    I have seen pan temp of 220 and converter temps to 235 and I have the oem stock one.
