Yeah. It seems like were implying the shaded area would be devastated by the amount of ash, but if that were the case, then I would think like all of North America would see ash from it. haha

 

I didn't mean that entire area blows up. Just that entire area gets like several feet of ash. So much ash that all the plants die and everyone suffocates under it, or is trapped in their homes and such and eventually die of starvation etc.

10 feet of ash might be manageable for us to at least survive for a bit, but it will kill off all the farm land and such and we would eventually have a massive food crisis...

I'm guessing 10 feet would be at the deeper spots, so you out on the edge probably won't see that much.

The one thing I would worry about is I live right on the wasatch fault which is massive. I imagine an eruption like that could set the fault off and they have similar doomsday predictions from it. haha They predict the largest earthquake in history.
