That looks MUCH better! It's funny we kicked the FJ off and the gm has one! Nice work Matt. I can't wait for this.

I'm registered! Does anyone have any trails they want to run while we're out there?

I don't know if there will be any trail running, unless it's private land. As far as I know, all national parks are closed right now. Printed off 20 flyers. Dropping them off at PTuning this morning.

Well if we're lucky our government will get along long enough to re-open parks and we can do a GWNF run.

they should have the parks back open by then. I'm up for a trip or two up FlagPole Knob. Not much more than a rough fire road but fun none the less and obsticals off the main trail to try if you like.

Hey guys. I just got my first Tacoma last weekend and joined the forum. Its a 2012 TRD Sport DCSB. Just wanted to drop by and say hi.

I'm looking to get a 3" lift done, any one have a installer they recommend? I'm down in the Fredericksburg area.

I believe GWNF is open, just no park rangers patrolling or something like that. the Shenandoah National Park on the other hand is closed but you cant even leave the road there unless on foot.

Bryan, there might be a couple local guys to you that would help YOU do it, Doublld does them all the time for people in his shop/. I help people all the times at meets too.

So there are options for you whatever you decide. What lift did you get?

I've had a GWNF camping trip planned with some friends for months. Does anyone know how serious of an offense it would be if we went during the shutdown? If I can't sleep in the middle of the woods with my friends, put me in jail.

Thanks, Dave. Hopefully I can take some good pics this weekend. I haven't posted since I did my grill and eyebrows. It's so hard not to spend all of my money on this thing haha.

The local bike club in harrisonburg has a festival this weekend in the GWNF so I know trails are open but facilities are closed (campsites, restrooms, etc) but im not sure what happens if you were to go camping in a random spot in the forest. The festival camping is on private land which is why I'm not sure about camping off of a camp site.

Thats awesome! I wouldn't mind doing it myself, I'll just need to pick up a few of the tools. I'm not sure on the lift yet. I'm still doing a lot of research. I'm leading towards a OME or Toytec lift.
