Anybody want to trade their 3/4" spacers for 1-1/4"? I'm not sure if I like how wide mine is right now

Just wanted to leave a comment here regarding Motorsport-Tech, BORA, and Lenny (the guy that made these wheel spacers)...

So I got my wheel spacers (looked perfect and clearly high quality) and either lost one of the acorn nuts or was sent one too few. Emailed Lenny, he mailed me one that day for free. Excellent customer service.

When I got the last acorn nut, I went to install the spacers (easy, but time consuming). Got them all on and was putting the wheels back on with some new lug nuts that I got from eBay (black OEM style). Turns out that one of them had some pretty gnarly threads in it (cut too shallow) and I stupidly went ahead and kept tightening it thinking that it was just some junk in the threads or something. When it became apparent something wasn't right, I backed off the lug nut and was left with a wheel spacer wheel stud that was ruined. Thread just mangled up. Emailed Lenny asking him for a price for a single replacement spacer so I'd have 4 good ones again (already bought new not eBay lug nuts, Gorilla this time) and he refused to give me a price. This was because he insisted on just sending me one that he had laying around his shop! Not only is he sending me a replacement spacer, he is sending it to me free of charge. He has been a great guy to do business with in this groupbuy and in customer service after it and I must say I'll always get future wheel spacers and other parts through him. His customer service is top notch and he's just a good guy all around. If you had any hesitation about buying from him, just do it, you won't regret it.

    Thanks again Lenny!

Did anyone with the 0.75" spacer have to trim down their studs to fit the front wheels?

I didn't. But I'm running the OEM 17" Sport Alloys that have the little pockets on the backside. Which wheels do you have?

I'm putting on some KMC Enduro's (17x9 w/ -6 offset). The wheels I have now have a -12 offset, so I'll be losing about 0.25" with the swap. Just looking to make up that loss and add another 0.5" to each side. These seem to fit the bill but since it's only for looks I'm really not interested in trimming the studs.

I'd go with the 1" minimum spacers just in case you ever get aftermarket wheels. That way, you don't need to cut the stock studs down. And realistically, 1/4" on each side isn't a whole lot of difference. I'm VERY happy with the 1.25" spacers. The tires throw some mud on the fenders and doors but still nothing at the top of the fender.

Perhaps one of you wishing for another group buy should contact Lenny and ask to set it up? Try and shoot for at least 20 or 25....

I run stock fj wheels an they have a little more offset than the factory sport wheels also if I get aftermarket wheels they will be 4.5bs and not need wheel spacers
