    Haha whatever. Both are good motors! Yes the V6 is faster, but other than that I don't think it's any better.

    I've had both and like both! :D

    Most 12.50 tires recommend 10" wide wheels. 10.5" won't change much. I'm running a 10" tire on a 8" wheel. haha

    Not exactly ideal... but you can usually pick up Harbor Freight's 12,000lb winch for about $400.

    What made a winch jump up the mod list so high??

    I have a XRC8. Believe Mike had one before his Smithy built 10,000lb..can't remember though..

    I got mine from none other then Jon. We both have used it and it works well. Jon repacked the bearings with better grease i believe.

    My dad has a M8000. Of course great winch.

    you should also plan on a real battery at that point :laugh: upgrading the Alternator would be ideal too.
