Not much, took all 4 off at once and washed them with dishsoap the day before. I let them dry overnight then sprayed yesterday morning. I did scuff up the smooth spots with scotchbrite. Each rim took about a haf hour. In between coats I did the center caps. I think it turned out good.

    Both.

The 4-link calc doesn't take the driveline into account, nor can I figure out how to check the suspension travel. Anyone want to whip up a simple 2D/3D rendering for me?:D

After the long wait and delays, I finally installed my Treadwright Warden 285/75R16 tires onto the new "D" cut Summit Racing rims, and got them onto the truck! I trimmed the plastic on the front bumper, and removed the inner liner from the fender well. No metal trimming. So far there is ZERO contact on the frame, or body. I won't know for sure on everything until I get it flexed on the trails.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Took off my 255/85/16 cooper st's because they are blemished and the daily driving was crap. I put on some 285/70/15 (31's) tires and wheels my dad had laying around. I can't stand the look now! For 1, the tires are wider but way shorter. 2, the wheels are 8.5" wide w/ 4" BS, so they stick out a little. I thought I would like the "tires out of the wheel well" look because I like the looks of others who have that style. But I guess it's not for me.

    The pros:
    -Ride wise, it's much smoother
-way way better on gas. I'm at 100 miles and not even half tank yet.

    The cons:
-Radials, so no trails for these tires.
    -Looks hideous!

Can't wait to get a brand new set of 255/85/16 km2's once $ allows.
