    Really depends on what you are looking to do in the gym. La is more for people trying to "get in shape".body builders and power lifters are frowned on. Lol
    After about a year of doing my same routine with a buddy of mine. The gm tols us we were msking to much noise and we had to stop. So not really kicking us out, but we felt like we should leave and go to 24 hour. Way better at 24 Lol

    Ok but when you say nose dive. The tube bumper doesnt even contact anything while in a nose dive. Thats what its made the way its made.
