This is the best picture I have that shows how its mounted. I used a 3/4" carriage bolt, so the square part would be captured by the rail. I had to cut the hat part down so the bolt would slip into the track.

The rack is just slotted so you just lower the rack down over the bolt then tighten it up.

Guess i could do a photo dump now. This was from The Epic trip: Leg 2. Trails are Christina Lake and Shoshone Lake trail. Needless to say, the sliders got the piss beat out of them.

Ill go through and reorganize this build too soon. Need to do mine too.

Enjoy the shots! Truck looks killer huh?

    Too many to list now.
Truck looks great steve, my bumper just got finished at the powder coat shop so I'll hopefully be picking it up and installing shortly after monday. We'll see what time allows. Got a busy last fee weeks at work to wrap things up.

Hmm... I don't think I'm quite ready. I want to see how Ben's work out and I think I'll get some skids first. Just emptied the catch can yesterday.

I did get some work done though. Installed my bucket lights in my rear bumper and ran the Bussman Fuse/Relay box. I tucked into the compartment next to the 120v plug. It behind my swing out anyway. I have it set up so when the reverse lights come on so do the bucket lights. I'm also going to run a switch in the cab so I can turn on from there. Then I have three other relay's I can do stuff with. :D

Oh wow those are nice lights too.

and couldn't you just tap into the ground from the revers lights with a diode and then add a switch too similar to how we setup some of my lights. Then use the one relay for those lights? save you a relay..or do you have something else wired into the fuse box already?

damn..that thing fits perfect in there too!

Instead of doing the whole diode thing I just used a seperate relay for eack circuit.

What Ben? and I thought I read some where that the ORI's are only good for 1300lbs per corner. If that is true then that is only 5200 lbs total (assuming all 4 corners weighed the same).

EDIT: Just read the OP in that thread and saw they are good for 1900lbs per corner so you are probably good to go.

Sure hope so on a 6000 lb rig or you have some serious weight distribution issues. Like I said I had read 1300 somewhere. They must have been mistaken as well.
