More boobies and car talk.... less baby and child-rearing :D

Been landing some monster jobs lately and working late and on weekends and my boss just came by and asked me if I was working a half day today (12hrs). He then proceeded to tell me I'll be getting an assistant in the future. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Now Ill be responsible for training him or her (definitely a her if I get to choose) and making sure someone else doesn't screw up. I sure as hell hope they don't want to hire a n00b or the hair I have left will turn grey.

    On another note

    Oh shit!

So, like I said in another thread, it's always nice to wake up to find your garage door open, 1k in tools missing and your hand gun that you had still in your tool bag...

He gets money if he actually gets off his ass and helps around the house. (which is never). He used to get an allowance, but not anymore because of his attitude toward doing the jobs. he still gets to do the jobs, but now he doesn't get paid.

 I've been hounding the others in my house to make sure the garage doors are down for that exact reason.

Oh that really sucks bad Brady. I am religious about watching the garage door go all the way down and stay down at the new house. But there were a couple times at the old house I worked late and left the door open and passed out, just to go out in the morning and find it open, but nothing gone. Thousands in tools, bikes, outdoor gear. Very lucky, and it was detached behind the house up a longish drive.
That sucks too but not as much. I have a bathroom floor in the new house that I think is the same, doesn't look great but is OK for now, and should be some cool 20s ceramic tile. Maybe next decade.

If you pull up hard enough on any electric door opener it will reset thinking it hit something and will open up for you. Don't ask me how I know but I know it works flawlessly on just about every brand.

That's why the first thing I always do when parking my shit in one is unplug the opener and lock it manually from the inside.

Sorry for your loss, but hopefully everyone else reading this learns auto operators are basically like having a screen door on your garage and anyone can get it.

Time for physical abuse with the old belt or spoon

Doesn't even matter. I'd have it open in 1 minute as long as it's automatic/electric.

Oh that's right I posted a pic of her. I need to find me another Italian woman like her. She put a smile on my face and made my body go numb.

I've taken pretty much every interest away in the past, still hasn't changed. Life is going to get hard when he graduates. Wife and I both agree, GTFO or start paying rent.
