Well took the last 2 weeks off from weights and just did cardio. I swam 5 days a week and did some biking on the days i didnt swim. Lost about 10lbs of fat so now its back to bulking. I have about 1 month give or take before i leave for Bahrain. So i am gonna try and put some mass on before i leave and than try and get ripped as shit while im gone.

If coconut milk tastes as shitty as coconut water, I'm staying the hell away from it...I'll try it out, though

I started at 1 scoop of Serious Mass a day, but didn't see any gains, so I upped it to 2 and now that shit's putting the pounds on

You don't lift on a cut? I'm sure some of that 10 lbs you lost was muscle, too. All cardio and no lifting makes Jack a small boy

Well i dont think i lost much. I hit arms pretty hard today and seemed like it was right where i left off. I think the swimming helped keep the muscle. I was swimming pretty hard.

anyone know a "big arm" exercise for triceps?
they are getting bigger, but they just don't feel "swole" like my biceps, chest and shoulders

i currently do tricep kickbacks, cable rope pull downs, and either skull crushers or overhead cable pulls (i also do dips since i do chest and tri's on the same day)

Try some single arm tricep pulldowns? palms facing up and facing down, youll hit both top and bottom of the tricep. Or do drop sets with cable pull downs

Let alone smart as HELL! I love watching him speak about gym related things as well as outside the gym. He is incredibly smart.

Im pretty sure it was 2011 becuase n.o. explode had most f all the preworkouts in 2010. This is the original formula too which is why my boss and I have kept it locked up just waiting for the right time.

Is it? The first bottles I bought didn't have the "university studied" label, IIRC
And there was only the red one.

Either way, it sucks now. Haha

    Edit:
I remember....the first one had Theophyline in it, which pissed my pediatrician father off when he read the label
