    Yeah that's what I thought. I have a bad back and hip my knees are shot from wrestling and injured my right shoulder and left ankle and they never healed properly. She showed me an X-ray of my back and the xray of her 65 year old patient...she had a better back..

    Costco sells 24 hour membership. Think its 300 or something for 3 years? Comes out to about 10 bucks a month

    Lol I haven't really seen the gym since thanksgiving. But before that I was in the gym 5 days a week for a year straight. So I was much bigger last year than I am now

    I did in high school until I had to give it up. Being the oldest of 4 with both parents working means I had to pick everyone up from school...shit sucked
