    I was into the big 3, but dead lift got the best if me lol I still did them but concentrsted on dead lift more

    I haven't maxed out on squat and dead lift because it makes me nervous due to the knee hip back problem but my heavy sets of deadlift is 225 4 sets of 8 also haven't maxed out on bench but last time I sucked around (again about 3 months ago so probably a lot lower now) I repped 205 twice and halfway up on 3 my right should have out.

    There's no need to lie because there's no point lol
