    X2.......Truck never sees dirt and is always washed so I dont get it either.

    Certain ones retain moisture thus making the corrosion worse. I looked into them years ago and decided against them. I can still see them being very useful for mud runs or high speed where a rock could ding the shaft - I would just remove them when not doing so because it's always so wet up/over here.

    My Kings don't give a shit about salt anyway :D

    my truck had a set of Dirt Bagz brand ones years ago. They don't really keep them clean it more for keeping out rocks from getting into the coils or Pitting the shaft.

    Hmmm, should be doable. the bars run parallel with the tailgate and it looks like that rack has some sort of mounting system that would work with them.
