Good for him. Nice to see a legislator from CA exercising a modicum of common sense when it comes to firearms.
Of course, I'd consider the CURRENT ban to be excessive, but....

I agree, but now at least I can fish out all my semi-autos that I accidentally knocked over the boat in my last fishing trip.

Not good for him. He DID sign AB48 which bans all standard capacity mags over 10 rounds, from possession. No grandfathering. This is bad news bears. It just means I can sell Pmags for double the normal price at the gun shows near the Cali border lol.

From what I understand, you basically cannot transact any high cap mags or kits, but you can keep for personal use. Most gray wording is keep for sale, but they have to prove intent to distribute/sell.

What about AB711? No more lead ammo right? Also no "armor piercing" ammo, which is everything else. Maybe someone will begin loading those little mini marshmallows for Cali. Hey, you can be happy he didn't ban bows. And rocks. Am I right? This guy is awesome! He only cut off one testicle!

I've heard the Japan tasco are/were pretty good, I know the new ones aren't worth buying on sale. I'm hoping this scope turns out to be a good scope, it is going on a vintage mossberg .22

I believe that I will have to give them a call tomorrow, I just hope they still have some info on the scope after they have changed hands so often

Also, I got bored and decided to see how much ammo I have, no shotgun or centerfire rifle is shown

It's a good weekend to do that. The dotgov is creeping closer to default every day.

I know. As a former resident who routinely committed felonies just going squirrel hunting, I am a bit upset with that state and you people who put up with it. The exact same things I did there are not only legal in Oregon, they are socially acceptable. I left. They will never get another dollar from me. /rant

I was shooting/wrenching on trucks at a mod day the other day. Took everything out of my truck and put it in the garage so I could go to work. Someone broke into the garage over night.

That's to bad you couldn't make it.

It was a blast, it was a mix of a birthday party for my cousin, a shoot session, and practice for duck season (opens next saturday).
It's red and purple, the ammo was a mix of game loads and 2 3/4 and 3'' duck shot from last season.
