Yeah, I might have gone a little trigger happy on the saturation and exposure editing:D
    I'm such a sucker for overly-saturated photos

the 5100 seems to take way better pics in auto than my 3100, i guess you do get what you pay for.

i don't think you over saturated them. Over saturation tends to darken up the photo more and make the colors really pop.

You just seemed to make it brighter to me. Made the yellows brighter and whiter.

    Alright here ya go.

    first try..

    not bad..

kept working though. and added my built in flash

i am using 2nd shutter sync too. Getting closer to what i wanted..

    YES!

    and again!

and just a long exposure for fun

and since i haven't gotten a good moon shot in here yet..

was a fun hour or so of messing around. Was hard to get the timing right on the bike and such. still wish i had a wide angle lens and now a bigger flash! though some remotes in the trees would have been cool too.

    was still fun.

Glad to see you got it. I see you paid attention to the video.

A wide angle lens would bring even more problems with the lighting depending on how wide it is. But, never underestimate the small flashes. I saw a guy do some professional looking shots using two $20 flashes and some softboxes.
hell, the cheap triggers for the flash cost more than the flashes did.

Well any other external flash haha built in one is pretty weak.

It was cool to see it all work.
