    The more I think about it the only reasonable explanation I can come up with (besides crazy folk) Is some type of military, police, or fire/rescue night run.
    It sorta just faded away like they were running up the canyon, and it's a good place (IMO) to learn to run/stay together In the dark, there are decent trails through there, but they're soft and sandy, and it's govt property.
    Cuz Tacomaworld?
    I need to be getting up in 7 hours and if I'm true to form it'll take me a hour to fall asleep.
